'‘I never claimed to be vegan" - Virat Kohli clarifies he is a vegetarian, not vegan.

Virat Kohli is currently in Bombay gearing up for the upcoming WTC (World Test Championship) Final against New Zealand. He and the whole Team Bleed Blue ( Team India), Men’s and Women’s, will be leaving for the England on 3rd June. However, with the current travel restrictions due to Corona Virus.
BCCI made it a compulsion for the players to be in hard quarantine in Mumbai before travelling to England.

During the qurantine, Skipper decided to interact with his fans on Instagram through ‘Ask me Anything’ feature. During the Ask Me Anything’ session, Kohli was answering fans' questions ranging from the meaning of his daughter Vamika's name to some cricket topics.

When a fan asked Kohli about his diet, the India captain answered: "Lots of vegetables, some eggs, 2 cups of Coffee, quinoa, lots of spinach, love dosas too. But all in controlled quantities."

Some fans are surprise to see eggs being part of 'vegetarian'  Virat Kohli's diet and criticised him for consuming the food item. It is to be noted that Kohli is a vegetarian and not a vegan. Many of them think otherwise. skipper, who is known to give it back instantly, responded saying that he never claimed he was a vegan, but he is a vegetarian. Kohli says,

"I never claimed to be vegan. Always maintained I'm vegetarian. Take a deep breath and eat your Veggies (if you want 😉)💪😂✌️"
